Steinberg UR22mk2 noise floor review with amp miking

This post is an attempt to describe the vast difference between Focusrite 2i4 and Steinberg UR22mk2 sound interfaces. I will focus on noise levels in the preamps, and not the usual topic of latency. Fixing pickguard rattle noise on Hagstrom HJ-500

I happen to own a beautiful jazz guitar that sounds and plays really great. It is made in China, but make no mistake, instruments and music gear made in those regions can be of very high quality. And by the way – this guide shows how to replace the tube the hard way..from the bottom. When following this guide you will probably agree that in this case, the hard way is also the right way.
